Delivery
We aim to deliver product to the agreed timescales. However, if delivery is delayed beyond our control, we cannot accept liability but we will do our utmost to ensure you’re notified of any changes.
Unfortunately, we cannot schedule a specific time or day for delivery initially, other than the timescale stated at checkout. However, you will be notified when your item has been dispatched. You can also contact orders@thedenhome.co.uk
We will try to deliver larger items at your convenience and will communicate when items are ready for delivery.
We reserve the right to refund items that are not accepted at delivery.
Payment
We will notify you if a payment hasn’t been successful and offer another form of payment.
Occasionally mistakes can happen and we cannot offer a incorrectly priced item to you at a lower price, even after confirmation has been sent.
Returns and cancellations
All of our products have individual returns policy, please read carefully.
All items must be returned in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase, in a condition in which it can be resold. Please use the below form for returns.
If we have offered to collect the products from you, we will collect from the delivered address and will contact you to arrange a convenient time.
Refunds will be given when the items have been accessed by our team.
Damaged or defected items must be recorded within 48hrs upon receipt.
Any items returned for a refund/exchange/credit note must be returned by registered delivery at the expense of the customer, unless the item is damaged.
If we do not receive a returned item within 14 days of postage, evidence most be shown for proof of delivery before a refund is issued.
We will refund the debit, credit card or vouchers used to purchase the goods.
